Coaches Q&A with Drew Gordon:
Q. What are his strengths on offense?
A. We like to put him in the slot a lot. He has good hands. He’s a strong runner and good at protecting the ball. He never fumbles. He’s very quick to the hole and if he can break level two, the linebackers, he’s a threat to go the distance.
This year we’re going to move him around a lot.
Q. What positions does he play on defense and what are his strengths?
A. He can play either corner back or safety. When he plays corner, he’s more of a shut down corner. When he plays safety, he’s good at the run and has good vision. He’s a good tackler.
