Starting experience: He has started on the offensive line since his freshman year and he started on defense since his sophomore year.

2013 Stats: On defense he had 42 solo tackles, 90 total tackles, 18 tackles for loss, 4.5 sacks and one fumble recovery.

Honors: 1st Team All-Ches-Mont League at OL/DL

Q. What are his strengths at offensive lineman?

A. He has great footwork. He is tenacious and has good strength. He’s a great blocker and has good leverage.

 

Q. What are his strengths at defensive lineman?

A. He’s a good run and pass rusher. He has good leverage and quickness. He has really become polished on the technical aspect as far as his moves and his handwork.

The defensive line coach is a guy by the name of Mike Thompson. This is his third division one scholarship defensive lineman in the last four-years. Myles Jackson is at Rutgers and Max Perisse is the other division one kid and he plays at Buffalo.

 

Q. What is he doing in the offseason?

A. He’s very committed to his offseason programs. He’s leading our offseason hours. The kid works hard. He has gone to camps and competed against other players.
