Coaches Q&A with Chris Eiswerth:

Q. What kind of leader is he?

A. When he goes to the weight room, the others look for him. He is an extremly hard worker and humble guy and is just learning his craft. All his players look up to him and follow his lead.

Q. What are his strengths as a running back?

A. He’s not a dancer when he runs. He is a down hill runner. He’s the strongest kid on our team. He can bench press 400 pounds. You add his speed with his power and he’s a special player. When he hits the hole and gets through, he’s gone.

He can carry the ball 30 times for us if we need him to and as the game gets deeper he wears people down and gets stronger. He may get two yards, then three yards and all of the sudden he goes 50.

He hasn’t played much football in his career. So, he is still learning. He has gone to a lot of camps this year and we are excited about what he has learned.
