How bad is the Riverside vikikng defense if their
stats are close to Montrose, Honesdale and North Pocono.Their lack of physical play would make any real past viking player sick to his stomach and the coaches attitude towards putting anyone on the field for special teams the past to years is just down right wrong. Barely survive Carbondale and give up 34 1st quarter points to a team that has not one a game in well over a year. Old forge and Dunmore should both have there way with the vikes defense. The new look VIKINGS better stop scheming and start hitting or they are in for a long year.
@ rob… mount carmel lost to the number 2 team , (s. Columbia) ex: the state championship game is played and the #2 team beats the number 1 the will flip flop in the polls… now had they been beat by a team lower in the rankings they would have dropped further in the polls and maybe to a honorable mention… however they were beat by a very good team
How is Wood still ranked in the top 10 let alone #5 when they were beaten handily by NP, which was trashed by an undefeated team( St. Joe’s) ranked below them?? After three weeks of the season, it’s the only comparison one could use. If NP is out of the top 10, then so should Wood at this juncture. Otherwise these rankings are somewhat senseless.
How the heck is MC number 3?
