Brian all those schools would smack the rams around and that is a fact.
YOU HAVE WOODLAND HILLS IN FRONT OF COATESVILLE, NO WAY , I CAN SEE N-ALLEGHENY BECAUSE THEY WON AAAA STATES AND COATESVILLE WAS THE RUNNER UP. ALL THE OTHER CLASSES MATCH UP RIGHT.
Don’t think Central Dauphin deserves to be in the top 10. Would say Gateway and Seneca Valley are better among others.
How can you have have Pennridge 12-2 below St Joes, U St Clair, Parkland, HRBG and CD. Does not make any sense?
Old Forge is ranked too low at #8 in the 1A poll. They should be in the top 5.
Thanks Josh – enjoyed following the rankings this year. Interesting to see the progression of regular season rankings and the teams that showed up during the playoffs – for example at the 4A level:
Aug 31: Lasalle, NA, Easton, C Dauphin, Gateway, N Penn, Wilson, Dowingtown East, Pgh CC, Garnett Valley
Nov 5 (wk 10): NA, StJp, Gateway, Downington E, Lasalle, Ridley, Wilson, Scranton, Easton, C Dauphin
Dec 18: na, WOODLAND HILLS, COATESVILLE, Lsl, StJp, wilson, USC, PARKLAND, HARRISBURG, c dauphin
You had Woodland Hills, USC, and Parkland as pre-season Honorable Mention. I think all the established rankings in PA missed Coatesville and Harrisburg back in August. Likewise North Penn, Pgh CC, and Garnett Valley dropped out of Top 10 and HM by the final rankings.
Look forward to seeing your 2013 rankings next August – unless you give us an advance peek earlier…
How about SV in AA? Soundly beat BC in 3-AA but was unlucky enough to draw Wyo in the semis. They were the 2nd best team in the 3-AA field.
Also, BA ahead of Old Forge who beat Dunmore and lost to them 7-6.
wow bellwood ahead of SCA when SCA only lost by 6 to dunmore and dunmore killed BA. interesting.
