Q. What are the key things we should know about your offense?
A. On offense we are installing a new offense so the kids are learning as much as they can. We have four starters back on offense.
Marcus Weathers is the front-runner to play quarterback. The quarterback in this offense will throw the ball a very good amount. Running backs Adrian Sapnas, Abel Hoff, and Adriel Maas will run the ball.
Our O-line will work through some growing pains. Kyle Kelly and Matt Mckee will anchor the line. At wide receiver, we have no one who has caught a varsity pass! Lucas Maas has worked hard at wide receiver. Noah Turner will play tight end.
Q. What are the key things we should know about your defense?
A. On Defense we have three starters returning and we are also installing a new defense.
Kyle Kelly and Vince Ciavardelli will anchor the line.
Matt Mckee, Noah Turner and Gino Dicamillo have worked hard at linebacker.
Abel Hoff has worked hard in the secondary.
These will be our key players on defense.
Q. What are the key things we should know about your special teams? Who are your kick and punt returners? Who are your kicker and punter?
A. On special teams we will have to see if we have anyone that can kick and punt. This is an unknown for us.
The coaching staff has worked very hard with the kids to install the new offense and defense.
Head Coach is new, Chris Gicking and he is replacing Ray Gionta (most wins by any MN coach ever)
