Q. What are the key things we should know about your offense?
A. The Cardinal offense will offer a well-balanced attack of both the run and pass from a variety of formations. Luke Hohenstein, a returning senior starter, will be calling the huddle at QB.
We also have returning varsity running backs in Dontae Edwards, Cornelius Pippens and Jaylin Barmer to carry the load for the running game.
Our line will be anchored by returning senior starters, Jeremy Candelario, Bobby Szpara, and Ryan Maletta along with junior Matt Bruno.
Q. What are the key things we should know about your defense?
A. Our defense will be very versatile and attempt to adapt to our opponents offensive style. We have several potential down linemen that will rotate in at each position.
Jeremy Candelario, Bobby Szpara, Matt Bruno, Justin Wilkes, and Franklyn Sewell just to name a few. Linebackers Dontae Edwards, Jaylin Barmer, Ryan Maletta, Joe Frederick, and Jake Radomski will control the Cardinal defense.
Our secondary consists of returning varsity players, Nasir Walker and RJ David at corners, while Sergio Taylor and Cornelius Pippens will hold down safety positions.
Q. What are the key things we should know about your special teams? Who are your kick and punt returners? Who are your kicker and punter?
A. Marcus Plaus and Ian Lake will carry the load as kickers and punters.
