Before the 2015 season started, Shaka Toney was receiving numerous offers from Division 1 football programs. Back in July Toney committed to Penn State.
“He’s very explosive and one of the fastest kids on our team,” said Head Football Coach Albie Crosby. “He’s a good cover guy and can get at the quarterback.”
In 2015 he had 97 total tackles, 21 sacks, 11 tackles for loss, 4 forced fumbles, one fumble recovery and 5 pass breakups.
He played defensive end and linebacker for Imhotep.
“He is a tremendous pass rusher and creates tough matchups for offenses. He has a quick first step and is always in attack mode.”
