Key Stats:
Delaware Valley Charter played a grueling schedule in 2015 with Aquinas Institute (NY), Archbishop Spalding (MD), Friendship (DC), and Haverford to name a few. Even with this schedule, they were top in SE Pa in passing yards and TDs.
They will match that schedule in 2016 with games against the New York state champions Aquinas Institute, the Pa state champions Imhotep Charter, and the Inter Ac champions the Haverford School.
2016 Offensive outlook: (Please let us know the keys about your team on offense. What are your keys to having a successful year?)
The key for Delaware Valley Charter in 2016 is to take full advantage of their senior offensive line and run the football. This will all depend on the productivity of their stable of RBs. Del-Val has a good amount of good young skill players at WR who are capable to produce on the field.
2016 Defensive Outlook: (Please let us know the keys about your team on defense. What are your keys to having a successful year?)
Del-Val defense will be as strong and go as far as their talented All State LB, Maurice McCray, takes them. With the addition of Sherrion Whittaker and the return of 3 year All Public starter Zamir Davis, this defense should be able to make the necessary stops to go far in 2016. The key will be to stay consistent.
2016 Special Teams Outlook: (Please let us know the keys about your team on special teams. What are your keys to having a successful year?)
The key is score and produce turnovers on special teams.
