2016 Outlook: Please let us know the keys about your team on offense, defense and special teams. What are your keys to having a successful year?

Offense: Keys on offense will be to develop some chemistry, consistency and an identity. Ball protection will be crucial. New staff and a new offense will take some time for players to acclimate to.

Defense: Defensively with a new system it will be important to understand schemes and responsibilities. The defense will definitely need to tackle well, pursue the ball and create turnovers.
