2016 Offensive outlook: (Please let us know the keys about your team on offense. What are your keys to having a successful year?)

This year we want to be fast on offense with a quick paced tempo, executing simple yet productive plays for positive yards every play. The players know the system in my second year as head coach, the main keys are knowing our assignments and establishing more of a run game this year.

2016 Defensive Outlook: (Please let us know the keys about your team on defense. What are your keys to having a successful year?)

My staff and I recognized poor tackling technique last year on film. This off-season we are emphasizing on proper safe and effective form and everyone getting to the ball. Keys to be successful this year on defense include tackling efficiently and getting our defense off the field on third down situations.

2016 Special Teams Outlook: (Please let us know the keys about your team on special teams. What are your keys to having a successful year?)

It’s a third of the game, and we graduated a great kicker the last two consecutive years. Big need to replace those kids. We have to be able to change the field position as much as we can this year.
