2023 Outlook:
Offense:
We have seven of 11 starters back from last season as our strength is our O-line averaging 6’-3” 255 lbs across. We have a lot of speed and experience at our skill positions and look to get them in open spaces. With a new coaching staff, we are building a new offensive identity and scheme to fit our personnel. Keys to success: play fast and physically. Finish drives and limit the turnovers.

Defense: We have nine of 11 starters return including our entire LB group, our entire front 4, and 2 of our 4 DBs. Our new defensive coordinator will use the same gap responsibility scheme and bring constant pressure. Our LBs play downhill and we should be very good against the run. We have speed and good coverage skills in the secondary. Keys to success: be disciplined and play physical. Go to the ball and create turnovers.
