Coaches comments:

How’s your offensive line?

“We return our center Dan Stevens. He is a three-year starter. Ben Rarrick is our left tackle. Kevin Malone is at right tackle. He started two games for us last year at right tackle. Chase Wickenheiser, Corey Moletsky, Max Pagnani, Connor Sullivan, Billy Gerrity and Logan Herman are all in the mix. We do have some experience coming back and a couple of kids have been playing since their freshman year. They played in lot of big games for us.”

You graduated your quarterback Dante Pasqualichio. Who will be your quarterback this year?

“We are looking at several players. One guy we are looking at is J.C. Show. He is a stand-out receiver for us. He has been playing for us since he was a freshman. Another guy is Joe Carroll. He’s another athletic receiver we have. We have a couple of underclassman battling. One of our  Juniors is Tim Graham. He played a little last year for us and Sophomore Jordan Hollander is in the mix.”

How’s your running game?

“We graduated our fullback. But, we do have some experience coming back from last year. We have our tailback back. He is Quinn Karam. Sean Rock has varsity experience. Ed Goff, Perry Williams and Pat Dougherty will all be in the mix. Junior Nathan Langan will play at fullback. Drake Ricardi and Drew Kuzma could see action at the fullback position too.”

How do your receivers look?

“If Show isn’t starting at the quarterback position he will play at receiver. Nate Hollander is back. Show and Hollander were our 1-2 punch at receiver spot. If Show isn’t playing receiver position these guys could see playing time. They are Joe Murray, Matt Huggler, Kyle Tierney, Joe Carroll and Jake Henzes will be in the mix. We have depth there.”

How’s your defensive line?

“Dan Stevens returns at defensive tackle. Ben Rarrick is coming back at tackle position. Then there are some players that have some experience. They are Nick Ksiazek and Joe Arcangelo our defensive end. Up front on our defensive line we like to rotate players in and keep the players fresh.”

How are your linebackers?

“We lost a great player last year. He is Jerry Langan, a 1st team all-state linebacker. But we have some experience coming back with Drew Kuzma and Joe Dietz. Joe Murray, Quinn Karam and Kevin Wellard are in the mix.”

How’s your secondary look?

“We have our safety back. He is J.C. Show. He was an all-region player. Nathan Hollander returns at corner. He led our team in interceptions. Kyle Tierney, Joe Carroll, Jake Henzes, Matt Huggler, Sean Rock and John Czubek will all be in the mix.”

How do you prepare for your season?

“We come in every day and try to focus on improving one rep at a time and control the things we are able to control. We need to focus on the little things. If we do those things we have a opportunity to be successful.”
