2023 Offensive Outlook: As all football teams, we will go as our OL goes. We have been in a similar position before with a young unproven line, we answered the bell then, and we can do it again. Great leadership and preparation will put us in a position for success. A great 2nd-year starter at QB and depth at the skill position will take pressure off of our young front and give them an opportunity to grow together. Looking forward to offensive success!
2023 Defensive Outlook: We turned the corner in 2022 and down the stretch, it was our defense that stole the show. We can certainly build off of that end-of-year success and the ability to play multiple young players during our late run in 2022. Plenty of skill players that will help create a two-deep shell and returning players at the LB position that will help against strong NEPA run games. We have to find someone to get to the passer as much as we did last year, but that will develop in time.
2023 Special Teams Outlook: Went into 2022 without a kicker and punter and ended the year with one of the best. With the addition of depth at the PK and P positions, we can be a good shape again in 2023.
