2023 Offensive Outlook: On offense, we need to control the pace of the game with a successful ground attack that will set up our young receiving core for success. Our offense can be utilized out of any formation, which allows us to adjust and adapt to defensive changes. While we have a large variety of play schemes, many of which are new to upper perk, we plan to show things that have been this program’s “bread and butter” plays in the past as well. We are excited about our new offense, new coordinator, and new mentality.

2023 Defensive Outlook: Our defense is going to come down to what every good defense needs: discipline, correct reads on offensive keys, and solid tackling.

2023 Special Teams Outlook: With a very young team coming off of years of middle school success, we expect our young players to step up and earn jobs on Friday nights. I am excited to see this 1/3 of the game become a point of emphasis in controlling the turnover battle and reliable exchange of possession.
