Coaches Comments: Jackson Solley is coming off a very productive sophomore season as the starting QB of the Upper Merion Vikings. Last season was a major season of growth for Jackson as far as being a leader and athletically. Jackson completed nearly 50% of his throws, throwing for 1,268 yards and 10 TDs last season. Jackson has a powerful arm and sneaky scramble ability.

As a junior, Jackson is one of our standout players and more responsibility is going to be on his shoulders, the Upper Merion coaching staff as well as his teammates have a lot of trust in Jackson’s ability to lead on and off the field and there is a lot of excitement in Jackson’s ability on field. Jackson is surrounded by a talented receiving core which looks to be the strong point of the Viking offensive attack. Jackson is very goal-oriented and wants to be the top QB not only in the PAC. but he wants to be the top QB in the area. Jackson is looking forward to helping his fellow Vikings improve from last season and putting a great junior campaign together.
