Records/Milestones
Wyomissing’s Justice Hardy combined 196 yards rushing with 101 yards receiving to set a Spartan record for single game rush/receiving yards combo at 297. The previous record of 295 was set in Sept. 1983 by Kevin Dice (291 rush + 4 receiving). Per Phil Schadler

Roman Catholic’s quarterback Semaj Beals broke the Philadelphia city passing yards record. He finished with 15/24 passing for 369 yards and 5 TDs. Beals now has 6,927 yards. St. Joe’s Prep Kyle McCord ‘20 previously held mark at 6,887. Per Huck Palmer

Berwick’s Ty’Meere Wilkerson 27 carries for 366 yards is a new school record for single game rushing yards. He broke the previous record of 305 yards (Mike Graybeal 1974).

Cardinal O’Hara’s quarterback John Welde became the Lions’ all-time leading passer and surpassed 4,000 yards for his career. Welde now has 4.021 career yards. The previous record was held by ‘13 Dashawn Darden (3,812).

Chester’s Jalen Harris broke the Delaware County record for TD’s in a career. Record was 77 held Anthony Paoletti (Marple) and Desman Johnson (Penn Wood). Jalen now has 79.

Mount Carmel Area’s Gavin Marshalek added to his now record-breaking streak of 111 consecutive passes without an interception, surpassing the 92 previously established by David Shinskie.

Warrior Run’s Samuel Hall broke the all time school receptions record on Friday night. He has 153 career receptions and counting. The previous record was Zach Shaffer from 2002 who had 150 career receptions.
