2016 Offensive outlook: (Please let us know the keys about your team on offense. What are your keys to having a successful year?)

We have to develop a consistent running game. The kids up front have been working their tail off getting stronger, becoming more athletic and have a better understanding of the schematics. We expect great competition at the running back position and quarterback position throughout the summer. We feel very happy with the experience we have returning.

2016 Defensive Outlook: (Please let us know the keys about your team on defense. What are your keys to having a successful year?)
We have to do a much better job stopping the run and getting the defense off the field. 3rd down defense will be a priority in the summer. We stress being a swarming and aggressive defense.

2016 Special Teams Outlook: (Please let us know the keys about your team on special teams. What are your keys to having a successful year?)
Have to eliminate the mistakes and penalties. We have some play makers in the return game and we have to give them an opportunity to make big plays.
