STRENGTHS
Returning starters at skill positions on offense and around the perimeter of defense. Specialists will also be strong area. A lot of experience overall returns.
WEAKNESSES:
Line men and line play. We need to develop young lineman as we go along in season. Depth at all positions. The number of 2 way players. We need to develop young players in program to provide some depth late in season.
OUTLOOK:
Looking for leadership from a senior group that have played for last two seasons. They know what is needed for the team to have a winning season. If the vanguards can develop the line play and young players; while remaining healthy the chance for a successful season is there,
Traditional Ches-mont powers will be a Challenge for vanguards.
The goal is to have a winning season.
