2017 Outlook: Becahi has won 3 District Championships in the last 4 years. They have been to the State-Semis and State-Quarters in 2 of those three years and are poised to make a run again this year. Competing in the EPC18 South is never an easy task, however, in 2016 they proved they belong and are looking forward to the challenge again in 2017. With many key starters returning the Golden Hawks should be able to score some points. Senior QB Javon Clements had a breakout year in 2016 and will look to build on that in 2017. He will have some weapons in Shamus Williams, Tavion Banks, Day Day Rhodes and Nate Palanica at his disposal. The strength of the offense though could be the offensive line with three returning starters and some experienced guys stepping. The questions will be how well Becahi will be able to replace some key guys from a very aggressive defensive unit. Gone are five of the front six, a group that proved to be very difficult to handle in 2016. With all the recent success, the Golden Hawks will surely be expected to compete for District Gold and if all things go well maybe more.
