- Athletes will enhance their speed, vertical jump, flexibility, coordination, balance, strength, and Power.
- Athletes will be tested individually at the start and throughout the program to assess weaknesses, customize programs, and monitor improvement.
- Correct biomechanical movement patterns will be instructed specific to each athlete’s sport.
- Muscle imbalances and weaknesses will be pinpointed and corrected to prevent injury and to maximize performance.
- Mental stamina and toughness will be elevated through a fun and challenging training routine. Self-confidence to perform under pressure will be enhanced.
- Programs will change frequently to challenge each athlete’s individual ability. Boredom and muscle stagnation are factored out of our training.
- Diets will be evaluated and improved through proper nutritional education and monitoring.
