Cumberland Valley’s Kevin Snyder last season had nearly 2,000 yards of total offense. The 6-2, 212 pound running back/linebacker gave a verbal declaration to Rutgers.
The Scarlet Knights project Snyder to play on the defensive side of the ball.
Snyder also had offers from Iowa, West Virginia and Army.
