Quarterback Skyler Mornhinweg of St. Joseph’s Prep: Mornhinweg passed for 232 yards and four touchdowns. He rushed for 154 yards and two scores. He also had a 54- yard fumble recovery for a score. His team defeated North Penn, 51-33.

Lakeland: In a rematch from last year’s District 2 Class AA championship game, Lakeland rushed for over 400 yards in a 34-31 win over Wilkes-Barre GAR. Led by Ryan Nichols 233 yards and three touchdowns. Tyler Brady added 155 yards and one score.

Quarterback Brett Smith of Delone Catholic: Smith passed for 210 yards and five touchdowns in a 40-21 win over Littlestown. His favorite target was Cooper Ayres who caught four passes (all for touchdowns) for 97 yards. Delone Catholic moves to 3-0 and 2-0 in their league.
