2022 Offensive Outlook: “Last year, we had the worst turnover differential in the entire Catholic League and our record reflected that. All of our drives MUST end with a kick. We were at the bottom of the league in rushing yards per game and we have to get more production out of the guys up front. Our ground game has to be more effective and more efficient to support whoever wins the QB job. There is competition at every single offensive position and the guys who win the jobs will be those who are assignment perfect and take great care of the football.”

2022 Defensive Outlook: “After a rough start, our defense started to gel and come together in the second half of last year’s schedule. There is a good amount of continuity within the returning guys and a nice blend of veteran leadership and young playmakers. We had four games in league play last season where we allowed 17, 17, 14, and 13 offensive points and lost them all. Creating turnovers is a point of emphasis for us so that the offense can get more of the opportunities they need.”

2022 Special Teams Outlook: “We rely heavily on the kicking game to not just win field position but also make splash plays. Raker is a young guy with a strong and accurate leg. Two of the new guys, Gallagher and Coia, should also be pushing and in the mix to kick. The competition will exist in the return game as well.”
