The Bulldogs will host Williamsport this Friday as week seven is upon us.
Berwick has won two straight since their setback to Wyoming Valley West (33-15) in week four. The ‘Dawgs have prevailed in seven consecutive home games. Overall, Berwick has come away victorious in 11 of their last 12 regular season match ups.
Junior quarterback C.J. Curry has completed 48.1% of his pass attempts (37-77) for 867 yards and 10 scores. Curry has had a plethora of sure handed receivers to throw the ball to this year. Jake Peccorelli leads the team with 12 catches for 393 yards and 5 touchdowns. Sophomore Andrew Force has been a touchdown machine, snagging 3 passes for 3 six pointers to go along with his 153 stripes. When the Bulldogs are not passing the ball, senior running back Matt Cashman has accumulated 772 yards on the ground with 10 touchdowns.
Williamsport has lost eight consecutive games dating back to last year. The Millionaires defense has allowed the opposition to score 31-points or more in each of their games this season.
