2022 Outlook:

Offense: “We have to replace two all-state offensive linemen by losing the Bobbin twins to graduation, so we need two or more linemen to fill the void along with the returners we have back. We have some experience in our skilled positions returning, and we need those guys to make plays and take care of the football. We need to use our athletes in space and put points on the board.”

Defense: “We have to defend the pass better this season. We return all of our secondary and have some skilled underclassmen at those positions, so we will look to take the next step. We lose a very strong leader in linebacker Gavin Guers graduating, but hope the other returning linebackers can help with another year of experience. Our defensive line returns, as well and they need to continue their efforts. We’ve got to get 11 hats to the ball on every snap, tackle well in space, and force turnovers.”

Special Team:We did a nice job of flipping the field in situations last season with our special team’s units, and we hope to continue that trend this season. We place a strong emphasis on special teams throughout the week, and we are happy with the efforts our team has had in that phase of the game.”
