Highlights of 2024:
– Brody Pentz surpassing 1000 rushing yards for teh second year in a row
– Brody Pentz being names second team all-state
Looking ahead to 2025: We will need to make up for the loss of Pentz. We are not going to be able to do that with a single person…….he was just too good. Instead we want to make up for it in the aggregate. We will have a very young backfield with with Jaden Intallura and Steven Heiser. Tegan Stone and Aiden Ditty can not be overlooked at the WR position.
Finding a confident and capable QB to replace Pentz will be key. Pentz’s younger brother Corbin will be given a look, Heiser took snaps last year and a couple of JH kids will also be given the opportunity to win the job. As with all successful teams, the line need to find success. The Bucktail line will be led by 4 year starter Evan Ransom (Sr.) and 3 year starter Jayden Barnes (Sr.)
