Coaches Comments: Carmine has had a difficult road so far as a high school athlete. He transferred to us as a sophomore but was only able to practice with the team that year due to a transfer ban that prevented him from participating in the competition. This past summer, he suffered a season-ending injury and missed his junior year.
Despite all of the setbacks he has still been upbeat and positive looking forward to his senior year. He is a big physical WR and covers a big space for us on defense. We expect very good things for him this year and I fully expect him to be a difference maker for our team. He has a ton of potential and obviously a strong will to persevere versus adversity.
