Chesnut Hill Academy is one of the smallest schools that compete in the Inter-AC Conference.  One of the Blue Devils’ football players, however, is looking at a few offers from some Division-1 football programs.

Ibraheim Campbell, a running back/defensive back for the Blue Devils, has offers from Minnesota and Vanderbilt, according to Rivals.com.  Other schools that are interested in Campbell include Boston College, UCONN, Northwestern, Temple, and Virginia.

Campbell said that he will most likely be playing defensive back at the next level, even though he excels at running back.

Last season, Campbell carried the ball 247 times for 1,772 yards and 22 touchdowns.  He added four catches for 86 yards and an additional touchdown out of the backfield.  Defensively, Campbell contributed 53 tackles and picked off a pair of passes.

The Inter-AC Conference is a collection of private, college preparatory schools in and around the Philadelphia area.  Chesnut Hill, which is coming off of a 7-4 season, has never won an Inter-AC Conference football championship in its history.
