The Norristown Area School District (District 1 – Class 6A) is currently seeking qualified candidates for several Assistant High School Football coaches at Norristown Area High School.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Coach in all aspects of the football program, including practices, games, and other related activities.
- Work with student-athletes to develop their skills and knowledge of the game.
- Promote sportsmanship and positive team behavior.
- Maintain a safe and positive learning environment for all student-athletes.
Qualifications:
- Experience coaching football at the high school level preferred.
- Strong knowledge of football fundamentals and strategy.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively with student-athletes, coaches, and parents.
- Commitment to the development of young people.
