William Penn Charter School (Philadelphia, Inter-Ac) is looking for assistant coaches to join our football staff for the upcoming season. We have multiple coaching opportunities available across all positions. These roles may be stipend or volunteer-based, depending on experience and fit.
Ideal candidates should bring a strong work ethic, a team-first mentality, and a desire to develop student-athletes both on and off the field. Experience with film breakdown (Hudl), game planning, and working with technology is a plus. Familiarity with Google Docs for organizing practice plans and scouting reports is also beneficial—but we’re happy to help you learn.
Coaches must be available Monday through Saturday from mid-August through mid-November for practices and games. Almost all games take place Saturday afternoons.
