2024 Offensive Outlook: New Offensive Coordinator Matt Burch has brought an exciting yet simple offense. With 4 returners on the offensive line, our returning starters at WR and RB, plus the addition of QB Jack Herter and several new skill players we are excited about, we have the ability to be an explosive offensive team. The key is for us to limit mistakes and mental errors.

2024 Defensive Outlook: Third-year Defensive Coordinator Mitch Lutte has rearranged our defense to include simpler calls and reads which will allow us to play faster. With 6 starters returning and a good amount of returners who saw significant minutes in 2023, we have a veteran defense this season. Add in some of our newcomers and we feel we have the depth to rotate players and keep them fresh, especially along the defensive line. The key for us is to create turnovers and field position advantages.

2024 Special Teams Outlook: New Special Teams Coordinator Alex Houchin will continue to keep us in the upper half of the best special teams units in the league. With all-league return man Juan Manzano back plus most of our core special teams players from last year as well as some newcomers we feel we will be one of the best special teams units in the EPC in 2024. The key is to create field position advantages and utilize our skill and speed to create mismatches.
