In 2018, Jose Lopez rushed for 2,363 yards on 286 carries and 28 touchdowns. He caught 14 passes for 191 yards and two touchdowns.
“Jose is a complete back with great speed,” said Head Football Coach Brett Myers. “Jose had a great regular season but really hit another gear come playoffs where he ran for 1,042 yards and 13 TD’s in our five playoff games. Jose’s work ethic in the off season is what allowed him to get stronger as the season progressed.”
He led the Blue Raiders in wins against Wyomissing Area, Bermudian Springs, Conwell-Egan and Scranton Prep. He finished his career rushing for 4,452 yards.
