Coaches Comments: One word to describe Sammy is “heart”! I have seen very few players that approach the game like Sam Knowles. He is intelligent and athletic which allows him to always be in the correct spot. the highlight of this past season for him was catching the game winning touchdown against Donegal on 4th down. Sammy makes our job as coaches so much easier because he is another coach on the field. He picked up track this season to continue to improve athletically.
