2021 Offensive Outlook: We are looking forward to having a ton of experience back with this group. Experience will be important due to losing one of the best athletes in the league in Sam Forte from under center. Running football will continue to be important for us. We are excited about our guys in the trenches and our overall size and speed in our skill positions. We must find balance on the ground and in the air this season.
2021 Defensive Outlook: Our defense is always near the top of the rankings from a production perspective every year. The loss of Vincent Cresci (DL) and his production is an area of focus. Controlling the line of scrimmage and getting after the QB is what we do. If we can take care of that department the guys on the next two levels of our Defense, will fly to the ball relentlessly the way we expect them to.
2021 Special Teams Outlook: This is an area we continue to improve in. Getting more athletes and starters on these teams is at a premium for us. Junior Place Kicker Ryan Barker is someone to watch for. This year the focus is forcing touchbacks, finishing every offensive drive with a made extra point or field goal, and a great net punt average.
