Barr was a wrecking ball on defense last season, easily finishing as the Wildcats’ leading tackler, amassing 175 tackles (96 solo), two sacks and two interceptions, averaging 17.5 tackles per game.  He finished each of Mechanicsburg’s 10 games with at least 10 tackles, including a trio of games with between 21 to 24 tackles.  For his career, Barr has amassed 300 tackles (174 solo), five sacks and five interceptions.

Offensively, Barr was one of three Wildcat receivers to catch at least 20 passes for at least 350 yards in 2010.  Barr wound up snagging 21 passes for 516 yards and eight touchdowns, averaging 24.6 yards per reception.  For his career, Barr has hauled in 40 passes for 1,062 yards and 14 touchdowns, averaging 26.6 yards per catch and 50.6 receiving yards per contest.
