Key Stats:

Bicentennial League Champions (4th year in row)
Joey Capriotti 803 yards rushing

2020 Offensive Outlook: Offensively, Phil Weinseimer returns after missing all of last season with an ankle injury that sidelined him the entire season. He threw for over 1,700 yards as a sophomore with 20 TD passes. He rushed for 450 yards and 7 TD’s. We look forward to having Phil back for his senior season. We return 3 OL starters up front. Jude Hutkin started 3 games at guard last season and will become a full-time starter this season. They will look to lead the way for Joey Capriotti, who now becomes the feature back. Despite splitting reps last season, Joey finished with over 800 yards rushing and 10 TD’s.

2020 Defensive Outlook: Defensively, we lost 5 standout players. Last season we were young and inexperienced on defense. We had 5 sophomores starting or seeing significant time. This experience should pay off this season. There is no doubt that New Hope Football will be challenged this season as we move into the SOL. We are excited for this opportunity!

2020 Special Teams Outlook: Chris Kolen returns this season as punter and our place kicker. Last season he had two 37 yard Field Goals for us on top of making 27/33 extra points for us.
