• L-Drill*
• Vertical Jump
• Broad Jump
• Position-Specific Skill Drills
*The 40-yard dash, Shuttle, and L-Drill are FAT timed.
Testing Scores
College Coaches and recruiters will be sent a copy of all participant’s certified scores with the consent and approval of the participants and their parents.
