Key Stats: Northampton enters the 2017 season with a 2 game winning streak.
2017 Offensive Outlook: Josh Smith and Cameron Eaton are competing in the off-season to see who will take over for three year starter Colin Schucker at the quarterback position. The K-Kids offense should be much improved on the O-line this season with the return of Wiest, Werkheiser, and Liggit. Tyrese Brandon should also be an impact player after starting both ways as a freshmen last season.
2017 Defensive Outlook: The K-Kids defense returns 8 starters, including leading tackler Nate Hockman who had 67 Tackles last year. The strength of the defense will be found on the D-Line where all 4 starters are returning. Tyrese Brandon and Aiden Jones return in the secondary after getting valuable experience as underclassmen.
2017 Special Teams Outlook: Brandon Caffrey returns for his third year as our punter. Last season he averaged 32 yards a punt with 6 being downed inside the 20 yard line.
Jason Santos returns as our kicker after making 23 of 24 extra points last season.
