Coaches comments: Derek is a standout free safety and punter for us at Loyalsock. Derek was honored as an all-state punter as a sophomore as well as an all-conference free safety. Unfortunately, he broke his thumb this season requiring surgery. He is a prospect to watch heading into his senior year.
