2022 Offensive Outlook: “The Big Red should have an outstanding rushing attack once again as they return 4 of 5 starters (Kelley, Nestico, Geary, Shimko) on the offensive line as well as both of their TEs (Scicchitano & Schultz), and their FB (Weidner). They will look to improve their pass game & creating more explosive plays with the increased speed at the skill positions.”

2022 Defensive Outlook: “The Red Death Defense returns its entire defense except for its 2 inside linebackers. Newcomers such as Yagodzinskie, Reed, Bailey, Boblick, Miller, & Blessing will compete for the starting job. The defensive line includes Matthew Scicchitano, who already has plenty of D1 offers, along with veterans Nestico & Kelley. The defensive is rounded out by returners Spears, Diaz, Varano, & Farronato in the secondary, all members of MCA’s state-qualifying 4×100 relay team.”

2022 Special Teams Outlook: “MCA should have a solid return game with plenty of speed from Diaz, Varano, Spears, & Farronato handling most of the duties. Julien Stellar, who set the career PAT record, will need to be replaced as both the team’s kicker & punter. Drew Yagodzinskie will look to fill the void after a solid freshman season.”
