Special Team Starters Returning: (1) SR K/P Brian Henesey 6-0 205

Key Newcomers: Jr HB/DB Aidan Dooley 6’1 180, Jr RB Luke Sonnett 5’11 195

Key Stats: Last Season AJ Graham passed for 96-161 for 1527 and 16 TD’s and our leading returning WR is Ivan Thorpe with 24 for 425 and 2Td’s. On Defense, Thorpe had 34 tackles, 2 Ints, and 8 pbu’s and RJ Moore had 29 Tackles and 5.5 sacks playing DE.

2020 Offensive Outlook: Any offense that has a senior dual threat QB has the main ingredient for a success full season. We also have 2 very experienced OT returning starters with smaller but very athletic center and guards. We have a good mix of playmaking ability and possession type WR’s. Lastly we have 3 big rugged RB’s to share the ball carrying load. The pieces are there to have a very successful offensive year, but they need to come together and learn to execute with precision and toughness.

2020 Defensive Outlook: We return 6 starters on defense and I like our overall athleticism. While are a bit undersized in spots, and we will make up for that with speed and aggressiveness. However, defense often boils down to tackling. The potential is there to be a strong tackling team, but needs to be accomplished on the field.

2020 Special Teams Outlook: Henesey kicked and punted well for us last year, so that is an area of strength. Thorpe will take over as our main return man and has explosive playmaking capabilities.
