Highlights of 2024: The Panthers finished 9-3 for the second straight year. SV Claimed the L/L League Section 5 Title for the second consecutive year finishing undefeated in League play (7-0). Made District 3 playoffs for the 3rd straight year, each year making it to the Semi-finals. We had 13 players selected on L/L League Section 5 All-Stars, 4 players were selected All-State, and two players were selected to play in the PSFCA East/West game, the most ever at Schuylkill Valley and four players were selected All-Berks County by the BCFCA and media.
SV’s QB was selected Player of the Year in Section 5 of the L/L League. The 2024 Panthers broke 8 team records and 5 players broke 18 individual records. The senior class became the winningest group in Panther football history finishing with 3 consecutive winning seasons. Schuylkill Valley has finished 10-0 the last 2 seasons at home.
Looking ahead to 2025: Numerous underclassmen got playing time and are returning making the Panthers a solid group in 2025. SV returns 6 on offense, 7 on defense, and the place kicker and punter.
