Jim Terwilliger & Evan Prall’s Air Raid Academy. The Air Raid Academy is a one-day youth football camp. It is held at Pleasant Valley High School in Brodheadsville, PA. The High School is located 15 minutes from East Stroudsburg University. The Air Raid Academy was created by former East Stroudsburg University standouts Jim Terwilliger, and Evan Prall. The mission of the Air Raid Academy is to provide cutting edge instruction for young aspiring quarterbacks and wide receivers and to educate youth programs on skills and drills needed to implement a youth passing game.
