Can the Colonial League beat the Lehigh Valley Conference? That is the
question about. There has been a buzz about this game since mid-season.
This game could prove to be the Game of the Year.
This is the second season Wilson Area has played as a 3A team. Last season
the Warriors didn’t face Central Catholic or Bethlehem Catholic in the
District playoffs. In the first round of the Class 3A playoffs they lost
to Berwick Area 13-6.
Do they need to prove they are a legitimate 3A team at the state level? The
Warriors offense can put up points on most teams, no question.
The winner of the game gets a spot in the PIAA 3A state playoffs and a
first round game against the winner of the District 2 3A game between
Abington Heights and Dallas Area.
