Coaches Comments: Mitch Reed has lead the team in tackles for the past 2 seasons, as he’s been the Cornerstone of our Defense. I feel that players like Mitch come once in a blue moon, and when you’re able to coach a player like Mitch Reed, you cherish each moment you have. Mitch is a great individual, who helps lead our younger players during practices, games and at times within the classroom. Mitch has a keen eye for the ball, making him one of Bloomsburg’s best defenders in recent history. Mitch is a dependable player, always on time and always able to be counted upon. Mitch is looking at playing at the next level, as he’s been part of the recruiting process with Kutztown University and Shippensburg University just to name a couple. I look forward to Mitch’s Senior year, as he will return as our Captain and leads this team to a successful season.
